In 1985, to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of Le Club de hockey Canadiens, an all-time Dream Team was composed based upon fan balloting.

Dream Team accompanied by then captain Bob Gainey, and the oldest surviving member of the Canadiens at the time, Aurele Joliat.
